President & CEO
W. Edward Shelton (Bill) brings over 35 years of marketing experience to make your project and event come to life. Starting out as a professional performer and multi-instrument musician, Bill has been in the entertainment industry since 1975. With numerous awards and accreditations in his honor, a vision was formed, The Paramount Marketing Group of Companies Worldwide (PMG). Bill saw the need for a locally-owned company that could service the needs of a rapidly changing market in the event planning and entertainment industry. Bill is the visionary who formed Scene Entertainment, Magnum Talent and Wes Productions, all functioning under the guidance and leadership of PMG.
Having grown up in the ``business``, Tanner has done it all and yet brings his own perspective on things. Being the owner's son and the future of PMG, he, like his father is relentless on getting the job done. Tanner brings youth and a fresh outlook on event planning and entertainment.

Being from New Jersey, Michael Berry has been involved in Government Affairs and Contracts specializing in event security, transportation and international affairs. Michael is responsible for overseeing all event logistics and plays a key role in overall operations of the business.
